As the business has grown over the years, our expertise in a number of services continues to expand.  We are your insurance claim specialists, handling every part of your claim, from dealing with the insurance company to fixing your property in a timely manner. We serve Champaign and Logan counties, offering our full line of services to West Central Ohio and communities of Urbana, Bellefontaine, West Liberty, Mechanicsburg, North Lewisburg, St. Paris, Indian Lake and the surrounding areas.

Owner and full service general contractor Braden Lance personally oversees all jobs and services.  In addition, he is the only CertainTeed certified roofing installer in Champaign County, providing you with confidence and peace of mind that your new roof will be done the right way the first time.
