A New Composite Deck and Aluminum Railings Create a Beautiful Outdoor Living Space

A great deck should do more than give you a place to put patio furniture. It should create an outdoor space where you can relax, entertain family and friends, and enjoy your home for years to come.

That was the goal behind this recent project completed by the crew at Braden Lance Construction, featuring a new composite deck and aluminum railing system.

For this project, our crew installed new composite decking to give the existing outdoor living area a fresh, updated appearance.

The dark decking provides a clean, contemporary look while offering the durability homeowners want from an outdoor living space. Composite decking is designed to withstand the elements and requires considerably less maintenance than traditional wood decking.

Instead of spending your summers staining, sealing and constantly maintaining a wood deck, composite decking gives homeowners an attractive surface that is built to handle everyday use and changing weather conditions.

The new deck was finished with sleek aluminum railings that complement the dark composite decking.

The railing design gives the deck a clean, finished appearance without blocking the view of the yard. Aluminum is also an excellent choice for outdoor railings because it is durable, lightweight and resistant to rust and corrosion.

Together, the composite decking and aluminum railing create a cohesive look that makes the entire outdoor space feel more modern and inviting.

A deck can become one of the most-used spaces around your home during the warmer months. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee, grilling dinner, relaxing with a book or entertaining guests, a well-designed deck gives you more room to enjoy the outdoors.

This project is a great example of how replacing an aging or outdated deck can dramatically improve both the appearance and functionality of an outdoor living area.

If your deck has seen better days—or you're ready to create a new outdoor space—Braden Lance Construction can help turn your ideas into reality.
